Delta Terminal ("we", "us") publishes analytical software indicators for the TradingView platform, together with written documentation and research content. By purchasing a subscription or using our free tier, you agree to these terms.

Publisher and director of publication: the proprietor, reachable at support@deltaterminal.io. Sales, invoicing and payment processing are handled by Whop as merchant of record. Our products are analytical software tools for educational purposes only. Nothing we publish — indicators, documentation, articles, emails, or any other content — constitutes financial advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, commodity, currency, derivative, or other financial instrument. No indicator is infallible — not ours, not anyone's. Every trading decision you make is your own, and you alone are responsible for its outcome. Trading involves substantial risk of loss, up to and including all capital committed. Past performance, including historical statistics displayed by our tools, does not guarantee future results. Payments, subscriptions, renewals, taxes and invoices are processed by Whop, our merchant of record. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from your Whop account, and access continues to the end of the paid period. We aim for continuous availability of the scripts but depend on the TradingView platform, which we do not control. We may update, improve, or replace indicators over time; active subscriptions always include the current versions. We may modify these terms with notice on this page; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any trading losses, loss of profits, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products. Our total liability shall in no event exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
