1. What we collect

• Account and purchase data — handled by Whop, our merchant of record: your email address, name if provided, and purchase history. We see your email and TradingView username; we never see or store your payment card details.
• TradingView username — required to grant access to the invite-only scripts. Used solely for access management.
• This website itself collects nothing. deltaterminal.io is a static site: no analytics, no advertising trackers, no cookies, no forms. Fonts and images are served from our own domain, so no third party sees your visit. Our hosting provider (Netlify) keeps standard, short-lived server logs for security and traffic delivery.
• Emails — if you subscribe, we send onboarding and product emails through Whop. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

2. What we do with it

We use your data to deliver the service (script access, documentation, support), and to send the emails described above. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing.

3. Processors we rely on

Whop (payments, subscriptions, member management), TradingView (script access by username), Netlify (site hosting and delivery), and our email provider (transactional and product emails). Each processes only what it needs for its function.

4. Your rights

Under the GDPR and similar laws, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict its processing. Write to support@deltaterminal.io and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.

5. Retention and security

We keep account data for as long as your account is active, plus what invoicing and tax law requires. Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS everywhere). We minimize what we collect in the first place — the shortest privacy risk is data never gathered.

6. Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no local storage. Whop, where purchases and account management take place, uses its own cookies under its own policy.
